1. What are the delivery times for your products?

We take 2 to 4 days to process your order, then 8 to 15 days to deliver it to you.

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.

3. Where do you ship your products from?

Our offices are located in Wavre, Belgium. Our international warehouse is located in China.

4. Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Yes, please wait 3 days after placing your order, then request it by email at belezasociety@gmail.com.

5. What happens if some items are missing from my order?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive soon.

6. What should I do if I received a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to belezasociety@gmail.com, and we will send you a similar replacement as soon as possible.

8. Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international delivery can take longer than expected due to customs. However, you can track your order and see its location at any time. If you still need help tracking your package or have any questions, please email us at belezasociety@gmail.com.

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund, we can certainly process it, provided the claim is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
